Fred Ayotte is Global Real Estate Group Managing Broker with 14+ years in the real estate industry and 20 years experience in the technology sector. Fred grew up in BC and Alberta before moving to Mexico. Fred is a fully certified AMPI Broker Associate (the accredited Real Estate Association that governs Real Estate Certification for Mexico). Fred has had a seat and contributed on multiple committees with the real estate board AMPI, and was the Vice President of AMPI real estate board (Compostella chapter) for years. He has been an International member of NAR, (National Association of Realtors) since 2011. Fred is an active member in good standing with AMPI and was one of the first to be awarded the ECO277 designation certified by CONOCER, demonstrating excellence in real estate consulting in Tourist Zones.

Fred & his Wife live in Bucerias, as it is centrally located, nice town with a friendly people, awesome weather, great beach, good food, and easy access to lots of amenities and activities. Fred is a hobbyist chef and one of his great loves is really good food.
