Developer: Constructora JIMAV from Zapopan, has hired some of the best team to build this project.Since 2007 Constructora JIMAV has been dedicated to building homes that create comfortable, tasteful spaces for families to enjoy life.
They have built hundreds of homes in the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara, Jalisco creating developments such as “Senderos de Monteverde” and “Casa Fuerte.” These homes range from 118m2 - 172m2 and have earned them a placement at the Sorteo Tec Awards multiple times. In their foray into the Riviera Nayarit region, Constructora JIMAV built SABBIA Bucerias, a boutique luxury condo building of 18 condos, swimming pool, jacuzzi, elevator, garage parking, and lobby built in 2021 and sold out in Bucerias.
