Born and raised in Langley, BC, Canada, Shelly Lederer's childhood was marked by a zest for life. From engaging in sports to riding motorcycles, she embraced every moment with friends, embodying a free-spirited nature.
At a young age, Shelly witnessed her mother's journey as a realtor during a pivotal time in her life. Inspired by her mother's passion for the industry, Shelly developed her own affinity for real estate. This passion only grew stronger as she embarked on her own journey, marrying and raising children while actively participating in their sports and extracurricular activities.
In June 2001, Shelly officially entered the world of real estate by obtaining her license with Remax Treeland Realty, where she dedicated over 23 years of her career. Her love for houses and renovation projects fueled her enthusiasm for the profession, driving her to excel year after year.
Throughout her career, Shelly's commitment to excellence has been recognized through various accolades. As a nine-year Medallion Member, she has ranked among the top 10% in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board MLS. In 2015, she achieved a significant milestone by earning entry into the prestigious Real Estate Hall of Fame, surpassing $1 million in commissions. Additionally, Shelly's unwavering dedication earned her membership in the 100% Club every year, a estament to her consistent success.
Beyond her professional achievements, Shelly finds joy and fulfillment in her personal life. Married to Randy since 2005, she
cherishes her role as a stepmother to four wonderful children and grandmother to three precious grandchildren. Her commitment to community extends to her role as the player-manager of the Locknload ball team since 2002, demonstrating her passion for fostering connections beyond the realm of real estate.
Shelly spent 15 years exploring the picturesque landscapes of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, harboring dreams of one day selling real estate in this idyllic locale. In 2019, she turned this dream into reality by purchasing property in Bucerias.
In 2023, Shelly embarked on a new chapter in her career by joining Global Real Estate, where she channels her expertise, passion, and unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Shelly is living her dream of living and working in Mexico 6 months a year, and being with family and working in real estate in BC for 6 months.
